I have been making crepes at the market for over 2 years now. It is a part-time enterprise as I am also an organic farmer who specialises in vegetables and flowers. Some of the ingredients in the crepes are from my garden and during the summer months I also sell my flowers at the stand. Through the market I hope to continue to offer good quality food at a reasonable price.
