Claire’s Kitchen is adjacent to the Carlow Cheese stall and offers a wide variety of Homemade Quiches to the customers. With choices ranging from the traditional, French Quiche Lorraine to a taste of the Mediterranean with Ratatouille Quiche, one is sure to find a tantalising taste to tingle your taste buds.

Prepared by Claire Healy, from Ballyfoyle, Co. Kilkenny, using a wide selection of top quality cheeses from the adjacent stall and Ballon Free Range Eggs, these tasty, freshly baked produce are ideal meals for all occasions and freeze extremely well to be enjoyed at a more suitable time.

Having been approached by Elizabeth Bradley of Carlow Cheese who was aware of my passion of baking, inquired if I had an interest in attending Carlow Farmers Market and sharing my home baking with customers.
