‘Nutritionist and chef Rebecca Smyth, a Farmer’s daughter from Bilboa,
Carlow is a stall holder at Carlow Farmers market since April this year.
Her food business is called Nutritious Nibbles.
Rebecca secured EHO approval for her kitchen and now bakes and
packages the cookies herself on the farm in Bilboa. Rebecca believes that ‘taste’ and ‘price’ are the crucial factors to succeed in launching food products in this economic climate.
This is why these delightful deluxe packages of cookies cost only €2.50 for a pack of eight, or a combination of three packs for €6.
Flavours to date include;
- Cinnamon & Raisin,
- Chocolate Chip,
- White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut,
- Double Chocolate,
- Dark Chocolate and Orange,
- Hazelnut Digestives ,
- Colourful French macaroons and
- Sunflower and Sesame seed flapjacks.
